Shipping costs for artwork to and from Morgan Conservatory
Timely shipping and/or pickup/drop off: artwork must arrive by February 21, 2021. It will be shipped back the week after the closing of the exhibit or must be picked up within a week after closing. The Morgan Conservatory is not liable for any artwork left after this time.
A completed W-9 (if work is sold during the exhibition)
Rights to use artwork images for publicity and publication to promote the exhibition
Also note:
The gallery will take 30% for any sales on artwork for the duration of the exhibit and the Artist will be paid within thirty (30) days of the exhibition’s closing date. Artworks are not required to be for sale for submission.
